Lamis – Senior HSE Consultant/Trainer (MSc, BSc, NEBOSH Dip)

A NEBOSH qualified Senior Occupational Health & Safety Practitioner with more than 11 years´ Health and Safety experience and a strong Psychology background understanding the influence Behaviour has on organisations and their Health and Safety performance.

Lamis has worked in different sectors and roles as a H&S practitioner in the development, implementation of Health and Safety policies, procedures, systems and training to proactively ensure best practice and legal compliance.

Being fluent in English, Arabic, Russian and Swedish, Lamis has the ability to communicate with different levels within an organization; facilitates engagement with management teams, clients, local authorities and other business partners.

Alongside the hands on Health and Safety experience Lamis has experience of delivering training for several years, and has completed Level 3 Award in Training Principles and Practices (CIEH) which gives her the formal certification to deliver training courses. Being a H&S Practitioner at the same time as trainer, gives Lamis the day-to-day experience that she utilises during her training courses.

Sinead – Business Development Manager

With more than 20 years’ experience in the Gulf region, Sinead has an invaluable understanding of conducting business within the Middle East across many sectors.

Sinead started her career at Emirates Airlines in the UAE, returning to London where she joined recruitment firm Adecco working as a Recruitment Consultant and Business Development Executive working with multi disciplinary sectors.

On her return to the UAE in 2002, Sinead joined BAC as a Senior Recruitment Consultant completing 12 successful years there and consistently achieving sales targets. During this time, Sinead became one of the company’s most successful recruiters and honed her Business Development skills, helping the company grow during her time with the firm.

Following a sabbatical taken to spend time with her young children, Sinead joined Santia Consulting in 2016. Along with the rest of the Santia team Sinead migrated over to Corporate OHS Limited at the start of 2018.

Sunny is a hands on professional with 5 years of experience in the areas of Construction and Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and sustainable practices management.

Sunny has completed numerous training and consultancy projects and worked with the likes of Richemont (Cartier, Van Cleef and Arpels) and Dubai Sports City.

Gerty possesses a multi-disciplinary QHSE background and is particularly experienced in the energy, petrochemical and education sectors from time spent in both the UK & UAE.

Gerty specialises in preparing organisations for certification, the effective development, implementation, support and maintenance of integrated management systems including OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and OSHAD SF. She has performed numerous internal and supplier audits against specific standard requirements.

Gerty is also highly experienced in delivering approved and general HSEQ training and HSE Awareness campaigns in line with various industry and company specific requirements.
