Caroline is a long-term resident of the UAE (24 years now !) and has been managing Corporate OHS for almost 10 of those years.

Prior to the UAE, Caroline worked for many years as a Sales Director in the UK for corporate companies and excelled in managing Government and International clients.

Caroline loves to speak with all Corporate OHS clients, both old and new. She is passionate as regards ensuring technical excellence in all Corporate OHS projects. She further works to ensure that the very highest levels of service delivery are enjoyed by all.

When not working, Caroline is our resident Yoga Queen and finds time in her busy schedule for daily classes

With more than 20 years of international experience, Brancos has worked within the structure landscapes of the Netherlands through to the dynamic environments of the UAE. He has worked as a Lead Consultant, and Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. Helping organizations embed a culture of care and achieve lasting improvements. His journey has taken him through aviation, agrotechnology, hospitality, facility management, education and TIC sectors, each offering unique challenges and opportunities to raise standards and build workplaces that are safe, trusted, and resilient.

Beyond his professional path, he values individuality and creativity. This is reflected in his passion for unique, handmade, multicolor shoes. Pieces that stand apart and spark conversations. Travel is another defining part of his life. Experiencing cultures and traditions across the globe has deepened his appreciation for the diversity of human civilization, each encounter adding to the vibrant perspectives that shape how he leads, connects, and inspires.

Gerty has been residing in the UAE since 2014 and has built her career helping organisations strengthen their business management systems and achieve ISO certification. With more than 15 years’ experience across international and Middle Eastern sectors, she brings a practical and tailored approach to IMS management and achieving HSE compliance. She has conducted numerous gap analyses, internal and supplier audits, and supported clients in finding solutions to optimise and improve HSE performance. Gerty is also skilled in performing Training and HSE competence assessments to enhance and improve workforce HSE capability. Known for her clear and supportive style, she likes making compliance simple and effective.

Outside work, she enjoys the outdoors and values time with family.

Kathleen has steadily built a strong and meaningful journey with Corporate OHS, consistently embracing new challenges and expanding her responsibilities with enthusiasm and dedication.

Before moving to the UAE, Kathleen spent several years in the Philippines building a strong foundation across various corporate sectors. This diverse background has equipped her with a broad skill set and a versatile approach to supporting Corporate OHS. Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys spending her free time writing and reading. Her current reading interest is Japanese literature. She also loves taking long outdoor walks, especially during the cooler months in the UAE.

Before moving into executive search, he built his career in the UK automotive world with Mercedes Benz, BMW, and AFL Leasing. He’s known for simplifying complex hiring journeys, blending high impact workflows with practical, people first recruitment strategies. Outside of work, Anthony follows Manchester United closely and enjoys supporting his daughter’s enthusiasm for football and all things Harry Potter.

With two decades of hands-on leadership in Occupational Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Sustainability, he has worked across diverse and demanding sectors Oil & Gas, Water, Infrastructure, Construction, and Automotive in India, Iraq, and the UAE. The journey has taken him from remote project sites to boardroom strategies, always guided by a simple principle: every risk reduced is a life protected. As a consultant with Corporate OHS LLC, Deepak finds deep fulfilment in passing on the hard-earned lessons, practical tools, and calm perspective he has gathered along the way helping organisations build cultures where safety is not just compliance, but genuine care. When work pauses, you’ll likely find him at the gym staying grounded, on long evening walks clearing his mind, or curled up on the couch with Netflix usually after the ritual of bedtime stories and one last “just one more hug” from his little whirlwind.

He is passionate about fostering a proactive safety culture, enhancing compliance, and driving continuous improvement in workplace safety and sustainability. Since then, she has built a diverse career in HSE, Quality, BCM, and Risk Management across facilities management, services, and education. Now with Corporate OHS and based at a client university in Dubai, Ghars focuses on strengthening safety culture while empowering staff and students to lead by example.
